Forgot my password

If you’ve forgotten your password, it’s easy to request a new one. Simply follow these steps:
  1. Click on the "LOG IN" button at the top of the page.
  2. Click on the "Forgot your password?" below the password field


    4. Enter your email address and click on the "Send instructions" button. 
    1. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
    Please note:
    If you haven’t received the email after five minutes, please check your spam folder and other folders the email may have been sent to. If you still can't find the email, please contact help@induct.net for more support.


    1. Once you have the email, click on the "Reset my password" button. 
    1. Enter your new password and click the "Change my password" button.
    1. Once you have reset your password, you can log in to Grantway as normal.
