Your Grantway user account is also your Induct user account. It gives you access to all solutions, products and tools offered via the Induct platform. Before permanently deleting your user account, have you considered the following?
- Do you have content or contacts you need to keep?
- Have you saved everything you may need later Including important documents?
- Have you informed everyone who might need to know that you are deleting your user account?
Please note that deleting your account is permanent and none of the deleted information can be recovered. It will be lost forever.
If you still want to delete your user account, please contact help@induct.net from the email-address you use to log into the platform. You will receive confirmation when your account has been deleted.
